Dress your pet up for Halloween and attend Bark A Boo at Manners Park! Activities, vendors, and raffles, plus a Pet Parade!
Events begin at 9 am and run thru noon on October 23rd in the Chautauqua Shelter at the park. Parade line-up starts at 10:30 with paw-off at 11.
