Line up at Taylorville Food Center Parking Lot at Madison and Market Streets at 5:15 pm. promenade to the Square begins at 5:30 pm. Costume contest to follow.

Prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in the following categories:
• Prettiest
• Ugliest
• Most Original
• Best Group

Plus, special prize for Best of the Best!
